Tim Aikin
Founder, CEO & Design
Entrepreneur in residence, Tim's strong work ethic and kung fu panda-esque looks make him the perfect person to lead Team Boxwish.
Business Credentials
A passionate, dedicated and ambitious entrepreneur, Tim cut short a promising career as a management consultant to found Boxwish in 2007. He now deals with all strategic and operational aspects of the company as well as the branding, design and front end development of the site. Tim has a First Class BSc in Science, along with an MSc Management with Distinction from the University of Bath.

Editorial
A human movie encyclopedia, if there's something about a movie Katie doesn't know it's probably not worth knowing!
Business Credentials
An accomplished professional blogger with extensive previous writing experience, Katie is responsible for all aspects of the editorial on the site. Katie holds a First Class BA in Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Kent.

Nic Aikin
Research & Testing
Office DJ and team fitness instructor Nic also pulls off a mean Russell Crowe impression (when no-one's looking).
Business Credentials
Nic is responsible for the extensive research that goes into the product and editorial content on the site. With a technical background in software development Nic is also heavily involved in testing and development.

Steve Smith
Development
A regular formation sky-diver (no, really) when he's not working on his PhD, Steve is the office super-geek.
Business Credentials
Our technical lead with an unbelievable array of development languages at his disposal, Steve is responsible for the development and maintenance of the underlying site application. With experience at a SAP Centre of Excellence as well as previously acting as Technical Lead for another start-up, Steve also guest lectures at Loughborough University on Semantic Technologies, Ontologies and Web 2.0. He holds a First Class BSc Computer Science and is currently completing a PhD in Information Science from Loughborough University.

Marketing & PR
Filling the office jukebox with rock'n'roll Lucy has a slightly strange penchant for scarves and guinea pigs.
Business Credentials
A dynamic and enthusiastic career marketing professional, Lucy is our lead for all marketing and PR related activities. She has over five years experience at high quality integrated marketing agencies including experience working for brands such as Disney Channel, Buena Vista, Esprit and Ben Sherman. Lucy holds a First Class BA Marketing, as well as a CIM diploma.

A young and ambitious writer with a huge passion for popular culture. Ella supports our Editor Katie in the production of high quality editorial content for the site. She has previous experience working for another successful internet start-up and holds an Upper Second Class BA Media Studies including modules on Journalism, Film and Cyber Cultures.

Sham Ramnani
Investor
Sham is the most recent investor in Boxwish. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Smith & Williamson & has over 10 years of financial management experience, predominantly within financial services and online media sectors. Most recently, he was a member of TMN Group plc's Trading Board.
