Han Solo trapped in Carbonite Star Wars cake

Cake, cake, did someone say cake? Just the mere mention of the word has us pricking up our ears and salivating like wild dogs here at Boxwish and so the sight of this new sugary marvel has excited our rumbling bellies. So what do we have here? Only a cake of Han Solo trapped in Carbonite, that’s bloomin’ what. The memorable Star Wars moment is given a calorific makeover in this rectangular effort, complete with a silvery frosting for that extra special touch. Yum and indeed yum.

The cake is the culinary work of Michele at cake company, Confectionary Delights. There are plenty other mouth-watering treats on their website, so if you fancy a little something special or just want to stare at cake (hey, we’re not here to judge) head over to the site here.

Fans of Boxwish will know that this isn’t the first time we’ve gone cake crazy, with previous Star Wars goodies such as the Millennium Falcon and R2-D2 cakes also making us long for lunchtime. And so now with the Han Solo effort, our sci-fi cake trilogy is complete. George Lucas would be proud.
