Twilight soundtrack confirmed
Didn’t have to wait long for this one, did you Twilight fans? It was only last Friday we brought you the first confirmed track for the eagerly anticipated vampire flick’s soundtrack – “Decode” by rock band Paramore and now the entire line-up has been announced by Chop Shop Records. So, what musical goodies are lined up? Well, it’s good news for Stephanie Meyers, author of the Twilight book series as her favourites, west country rockers Muse have made the cut with “Supermassive Black Hole”, a single from their last album, 2006’s “Black Holes & Revelations” and there’s also love for Californian nu-metallers Linkin Park whose recent single “Leave Out All the Rest” also features. But who else makes up the Twilight soundtrack? Click over to find out.
It’s not just new single “Decode” doing the honours for Paramore, as they also contribute “I Caught Myself”, while fans will love listening to star Robert Pattinson’s vocals on “Never Think”. Former Jane’s Addiction singer Perry Farrell, Collective Soul, The Black Ghosts, MuteMath, Blue Foundation, Carter Burwell and Iron & Wine make up the rest.
So far the fan’s online response has been mixed. Many give the song selection a big thumbs up, while others (inevitably) have found cause to gripe. For some, there should be more Muse songs and the fact that they’re all readily available has also prompted complaints. But for those of you simply too excited about the film to debate the finer points of song merits, head over to Amazon and pre-order your copy of the soundtrack now.

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE TWILIGHT MOVIE BUT AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE PARAMORE SONG. I KNOW SHE'S A BIG FAN, BUT I FIND THEIR MUSIC A BIT WHINY.
