Black Dog see’s Swayze portraying an ex truck driver, Jack Crews, who was imprisoned for vehicular manslaughter and lost his licence. On his release he works hard as a mechanic, loving husband and father, but finds out his house will be repossessed if he does not pay the debts. His boss offers him £10,000 to drive a truck with a suspicious load across America, which he grudgingly accepts. The journey is rife with action as he is followed by the FBI, ATF and unhappy truck owner. Add to that his boss has decided to hold his family hostage until he reaches his destination and you get one tense journey. As he spends most of the time in his truck there’s no glamorous costume changes, and so this is the outfit he wears for most of the movie.
