Juno Poster Clothing

I am hoping to dress as Juno (as seen on the movie poster). I am having trouble finding some of her clothes. I need to find the maternity skirt, the shirt, and the jacket. I have seen requests for these all over the web, but no solutions. I think the shirt may be from Old Navy but they only have red striped, not orange...
