I'm would like to know what is the brand of the black winter coat that Daniel Craig wears in one of the final scene of 'quatum of solace' and where can I find it?

Most of his clothes are by Tom Ford (including sunglasses and suits), so it's possible that the coat is also by him. There's a lookalike on the Quantum of Solace spots page (http://boxwish.com/spots/view/1647) - double breasted cashmere coat.

It actually is a Tom Ford design. It's available at very few select stores including Tom Ford's boutiques. It's not cashmere, it's 100% Wool and very thick. I actually tried it on and contemplating buying one.
If you have the cash to spare, it goes for $5995 CDN so maybe a little less in the US.
The replica by French Connection is very accurate from what i can see in the pictures. The liner and build is not as nice but what can you say about a $4600 difference.
The jury is still out to see if it still wears as well.
